If you plan on using kvm mode for gaming on multiple pcs at once then it's a pita.  You'll have to use ahk or another scripting program to swap between machines.  For some reason beyond my comprehension, they did not put in any feature to swap machines with a hot key, you are forced to use this stupid sidebar (that takes up a nice size chunk of the monitor) and click on the computer you want to switch to. And when using the scripting program you are limited to what keys will swap you around, and you have to run the script after all the pcs are connected.  I've spent way too much time over the last few days figuring this out myself bc support is worthless and I really wanted to make this program work.  At the end of the day I'll prolly end up doing a charge back thru PayPal,  bc I'm not waiting 2 1/2 months to get a response from the support team in order for me to process a refund thru them

immagikman - It depends what you're looking to do. Do you want to seamlessly control a secondary PC next to you while playing games? You can do that. I have MP installed on both work PC's and my home PC's. My home PC's are gaming rigs, 1 strictly so.

janktron - If you're using KVM to play on another PC, why not just play on that PC? Even tweaking the settings to obtain the fastest speed, you may be hindered by your own network equipment. Did you know MP was made so our founder could box in WoW? That was with seamless, as far as I know, but it was born out of gaming. And furthermore, speaking of hot keys to switch PC's, in seamless you can do that. From what Sean said in your ticket, answered the day after you sent it in, alt+tab was an option, though you said it didn't work for you. That sounds like it requires more troubleshooting but that it isn't app specific. You can ask for a refund instead of a charge back when we both know it's technical, not that you didn't get the product you wanted, you wanted the product to be more than it was. I'm sure Sean will be happy to refund you since you're not satisfied and don't wish to troubleshoot. Let him know if the ticket how you'd like to continue.

The_gear, do me a favor and connect pc1, pc2, and pc3 up in kvm mode.  Pc1 is the primary, and pc2 and pc3 are secondary.  Alt-tab on pc1 absolutely will let you cycle to pc2 or pc3 since they are essentially windows running on pc1.  But once you are on pc2 or pc3, alt tab only cycles thru the process on those pcs.it's like you guys are giving fixes for a product you don't even use.  I am specifically only interested in kvm mode. As in 1 monitor, multiple pcs. I'm using kvm to play on multiple pcs at the same time.  And now that I've received a refund I'll go back to using free chrome rdp which works fine, but doesn't look as crisp as multiplicity.  And I'd love to troubleshoot, but I've yet to get a response to my followup questions. Instead I just got an email saying I was refunded
